Ashlee is coming into her second year here at Pampered Pets and has been a great addition to our family! She has 3 years experience with every breed’s correct trim and works diligently to make sure your grooming needs are met. • Regular bathing improves your pet’s physical comfort by removing dirt, excess oil, dead skin and shedding hair, and parasites. Proper coat care prevents matting and other secondary conditions that could compromise your pet’s health.
• Regular nail trims prevent a painful condition whereas the nerve and blood supply extends into long, overgrown nails and also helps prevent damage to carpets and hardwood floors.
• Shaving and cleaning your pet’s paw pads removes hair where mats, burrs, salt and other foreign objects can become lodged.

Ear cleaning discourages growth of parasites (ear mites) and bacterial growth that can lead to painful infections.

Can I bring my own food?
YES.  We serve a variety of Purina products at Pampered Pets.  However, we will be glad to give your pet any food that you bring for them.  We heat with a microwave oven; there is no stove top preparation.

Are reservations required for boarding or grooming?
YES.  Reservations will ensure that we have a dog or cat boarding room or grooming appointment available!

How far in advance should reservations be made?
We recommend that you make reservations as soon as you have planned your trip.  During certain times of the year we sell-out of our rooms, our reservations are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Summers, spring and school breaks, and major holidays are our busiest times of the year.

What do I need to check in?
Vaccination Records – Bring your vaccinations records if you have not previously provided us with them. We make no exceptions to our vaccination policies.
Personal Items – You may bring beds, chew toys, or any manageable item that will enhance your pet’s stay.
Food – If you choose not to use our food you can bring your own.  There is no charge for special feeding.
Medicine – We administer medication free of charge.
Emergency Contact Numbers – We request two numbers. We prefer your cell number and another number of a trusted friend, relative or neighbor.

Can both my dogs and/or both my cats stay together?
YES; and there is a $2.00 a night discount for the second, third, or fourth pet sharing a room. Dogs and cats cannot share a boarding room.

Can I have a tour of the resort?
YES!  We love to show off our pet resort!  Once you visit us we know that you will want your pet to stay at Pampered Pets the next time you have to leave them behind.

Is the Pampered Pets facility air-conditioned/heated?
YES!  Pampered Pets is 100% air-conditioned/heated for your dog or cat’s ultimate comfort.
